The RaceX Training Team

Our Trainers

A welfare-first training network spanning Chantilly, Meydan and the wider UAE racing programme.

The professional team

The trainer is responsible for the horse's daily programme, fitness, welfare and race preparation. RaceX works around that professional decision-making, giving owners structured communication and access without interfering with the trainer's responsibility for the horse.

Head Trainer

Nicolas Caullery — a progressive, internationally minded trainer.

Operating from Chantilly’s historic training grounds — with access to world-class gallops that form the foundation of many of Europe’s leading stables — Caullery has built a competitive operation capable of producing high-quality performers across France, Europe and international jurisdictions.

Since beginning his training career in 2011, he has sent out hundreds of winners and established himself as a trainer willing to campaign horses ambitiously while maintaining a careful, measured approach to their development and wellbeing.

Dubai has become an important part of the stable’s international campaign, with the team regularly targeting the Dubai Racing Carnival at Meydan — one of the most competitive circuits in the world.

Equine Welfare & Conditioning

Marine Henry — welfare, physiotherapy and long-term soundness.

At the heart of the operation is Marine Henry, Nicolas’s wife and an integral member of the stable’s management team. She brings a specialised focus on equine physiotherapy, muscular recovery and long-term soundness.

Her expertise ensures every horse receives careful attention beyond traditional training routines — monitoring muscular health, overseeing recovery programmes and maintaining optimal conditioning throughout the racing season. This welfare-focused approach lets the stable manage horses responsibly while maximising their performance potential.
