2. Purpose
RaceX exists to make racehorse ownership in Dubai accessible, structured and financially clear. The platform is designed for first-time owners, racing enthusiasts and others who want genuine participation in Thoroughbred ownership.
There are no additional training, veterinary, stabling or management costs.

4. Prize Money Distribution Model
RaceX receives 75% of prize money after disbursements to the trainer, jockey and stable. Prize money received by RaceX is then paid to owners according to their ownership percentage.
Prize money depends on race performance and is not guaranteed.

RaceX horses trained by Marwan Al Baidhaei are based at Blue Stables. Stable and trackwork opportunities are organised subject to the horse's programme, horse welfare, trainer decisions and stable operations.
6. Racing Team
Marwan Al Baidhaei trains the current RaceX Dubai string. RaceX also works with the stable team, professional work riders and race-day jockeys required for each horse.
Race-day jockey bookings and riding arrangements are determined by the trainer according to the horse, race requirements and rider availability. Relevant trainer and racing-team feedback is communicated to owners through RaceX.
7. Ownership Structure

RaceX horse profiles may include pedigree information, race replays, performance notes, trainer and racing-team commentary, and current ownership availability.
