When you secure a share in a RaceX horse, you aren’t just receiving a certificate of ownership or a digital update. You are stepping into one of the most elite circles in global sport. Behind every thundering stride on the Meydan turf is a dedicated team of professionals: trainers, grooms, jockeys, and stable staff: who work in the quiet hours of the Dubai dawn to turn potential into performance.
At RaceX, we believe that the true magic of horse racing lies in the journey, not just the result. By joining our horse racing syndicate in the UAE, you become an integral part of this team. From the meticulous care at Blue Stables to the tactical precision on race day, here is the team that brings your horse to life.
The Architect: Marwan Al Baidhaei at Blue Stables
The heart of our operation is located at Blue Stables, nestled within the iconic Meydan Racecourse complex. Leading the charge is our head trainer, Marwan Al Baidhaei.
Marwan is a rising star in the UAE horse racing community, recently recognized by the Emirates Racing Authority with the ERA Najm Award for his dedication and sportsmanship. His philosophy is simple: the horse comes first. Unlike larger, industrial-scale operations, Marwan’s approach at Blue Stables is methodical and deeply personal.
Every morning, Marwan is trackside, clocking gallops and observing the subtle nuances of each horse’s physical and mental state. For a horse like Asaassi (FR), a Group-placed gelding with a 100/100 ERA rating, this individual attention is what makes the difference. Marwan manages the training schedule, fitness progression, and strategic race placement, ensuring that when the gates open, your horse is at its absolute peak.
The Unsung Heroes: The Stable Crew
While the trainer sets the strategy, the stable staff are the ones who execute the daily care that keeps our athletes healthy and happy. The bond between a groom and a racehorse is one of the most profound in the sporting world.
At Blue Stables, our staff manages everything from nutrition and grooming to post-work recovery. They are the first to notice if a horse is feeling slightly off or if they have an extra spring in their step. When you visit the stables as a RaceX owner, you’ll see this care firsthand. You’ll learn about the daily routines: the early morning feeds, the cooling washes after a gallop, and the quiet moments in the boxes that build trust between man and horse.
Dawn at Meydan: Your Front-Row Seat
One of the most exclusive benefits of racehorse ownership in the UAE with RaceX is the invitation to watch morning trackwork. There is nothing quite like standing trackside at Meydan as the sun begins to rise over the Dubai skyline, hearing the rhythmic beat of hooves on the dirt and the sharp breath of a thoroughbred in full flight.
These morning visits aren't just for show. They are an opportunity for owners to:
- Watch their horse train under the watchful eye of Marwan Al Baidhaei.
- Speak directly with the jockeys about how the horse felt during its "breeze."
- Understand the fitness milestones being reached as the season progresses.
This access transforms the ownership experience. You aren't just an investor; you are a witness to the hard work that leads to the winner's circle.
The Final Piece: Our Jockey Team
When the training is done and the racecard is set, the baton is passed to our jockey team. Jockeys like Hannah Phillips, who has ridden trackwork for our stable stars, provide the tactical brilliance required to navigate the competitive fields at Meydan and Abu Dhabi.
The relationship between the trainer and the jockey is a constant dialogue. Before a race, Marwan provides the instructions based on weeks of training; after the race, the jockey provides the feedback that will shape the next month of work. As a RaceX member, you receive these updates directly. Whether it’s a voice note from the paddock or a video report following a gallop, you are kept in the loop on every tactical decision.
Transparency and Connection
We know that for many, the world of horse racing can seem opaque. RaceX was founded to break down those barriers. By humanizing the experience and providing direct access to the team, we ensure that our owners feel the thrill of every stride.
